Welcome to Promise Hospital of Florida at The Villages
Promise Hospital of Florida at The Villages is Promise Healthcare’s newest and first hospital in the state of Florida. We are delighted to add to the depth of available comprehensive medical services to the residents of The Villages and the surrounding tri-county communities.
Our hospital received its operating license from the State of Florida and opened its doors to our first patient in September 2011. Promise Hospital is now undergoing a demonstration period where a limited number of patients are admitted. We provide comprehensive acute care services including medicine and nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, respiratory therapy, dialysis, specialized wound care, nutritional support, and all the other modalities found in hospitals across the nation.
At the conclusion of the demonstration period in July 2012, we will be certified by Medicare as a Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTAC) having demonstrated that our patients stay an average of 25 days. The hospital will then operate at its full capacity.
We welcome our neighbors to visit us for a personal tour of our new facility and to meet our staff.
Sincerely,
Steven M. Klein
